Resolve To Solve, Inc. is a conflict resolution services company founded in 2001 for the purpose of providing assistance in resolving disputes. The company grew almost immediately to provide mediation and workplace training classes.

Pam Anderson, President of Resolve To Solve, Inc. has been involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution from an academic perspective since 1996. She became a registered mediator with the state of Georgia in April of 1998. She has mediated over seven thousand cases and is also a state approved mediation trainer. Pam has trained for groups all over the state of Georgia and in Ireland as well.

Our Goals

Our goal is that the parties find a mutually satisfying resolution.

Mediation: Our pool of mediators have diverse backgrounds. Differences are in their areas of expertise, experience, and education which allows you to choose the person best suited to mediate your case. All of our mediators are registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.

Training: We desire to provide our trainees with an excellent experience in every course. Our trainers are experienced in the field of mediation and been training for years. We believe in small classes that allow the trainer to provide a personal touch.  Everyone in the class is important to us!

They do not impose their views or make decisions for the parties. Rather, they assist the parties in creating options that meet the needs and desires of both sides. When appropriate, visual aids are used in preparing discussions and illustrating possible solutions.

Trainers with Resolve to Solve, Inc use an interactive approach to provide an educational yet interesting learning environment.
