J. Thomas Salata

Tom was trained to mediate by Resolve to Solve, Inc. in the spring of 2011. As an attorney, he has participated in hundreds of mediations.

Mr. Salata uses a facilitative approach when mediating, valuing the parties ability to make decisions for themselves. He is extremely knowledgeable in the areas of business, bankruptcy and domestic issues.

 

Tom has been practicing law since 1999. He also has a double degree, a BA in both Economics and Government from West Virginia Welseyan College.

Tom has been the Director of the North Fulton Bar Association and is a member of the Aviation, Criminal Defense, and Family Law Sections of the State Bar of Georgia.

Mr. Salata is a mentor for the Alpharetta Police Activities League, a High School Teacher-Coach, works with Georgia High School Mock Trial and is a Mentor for the Alpharetta Police Activites League.

Tom Salata is a mediator and a Certified Instructor for Georgia Private Investigators.  The family attends St. Brendan's Roman Catholic Church.
