Peter Mahoney has been providing mediation services for several years in private practice as well as being an internal mediator for Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. He was instrumental in the development and launch of their company’s dispute resolution model known as “Solutions”.
Peter has mediated cases involving child support, custody agreements, juvenile disputes, elder care issues, workplace issues, commercial disputes, landlord tenant cases, and interpersonal / neighborhood conflicts.
Peter believes it is important to listen, help people formulate options and work toward resolving the issues.
Peter is a registered neutral with the Georgia Office for Dispute Resolution.
